Oh BiBi is an independent mobile game studio based in Paris, founded in 2012 by former Gameloft Creative Directors. Our mission is clear: we create the hit games of tomorrow for massive, diverse audiences by building inclusive, hyper-engaging titles with ambitious, humble, player-centric teams.
With a team of just under 80 talented individuals, we combine creative ambition with agile execution. We operate in hybrid mode, offering flexibility while staying deeply connected as a team. As we enter a new phase of acceleration, Oh BiBi is looking for a highly experienced CMO to lead our growth efforts across all live and upcoming games
The Role
The ideal profile combines a strong strategic vision with a hands-on, automation-first approach to scaling games in a competitive mobile market.
You have already scaled global F2P hits. You understand how to win in a crowded landscape — not by outspending competitors, but by innovating smarter, moving faster, and building robust growth systems.
As a member of the executive team, you will actively contribute to company-wide strategic decisions beyond your own scope
What You’ll Own
- Design and implement our full marketing and growth strategy
- Oversee the launch and scaling of new titles: marketability, soft launch, global rollout.
- Build efficient, automated UA pipelines and testing workflows to optimize performance.
- Ensure a strong feedback loop between creative performance and asset production, in collaboration with the art direction team
- Leverage data to refine acquisition, improve retention and maximize LTV.
- Challenge tools and processes continuously to gain speed, precision, and scale.
- Align closely with product teams to ensure growth levers are built into the product.
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities ahead of the curve.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience, including leadership roles in mobile games' F2P marketing and growth.
- Proven success scaling F2P games in competitive markets.
- Deep expertise in UA channels, campaign management, and performance metrics.
- Strong automation mindset: you look for scalable systems, not manual fixes.
- Analytical, pragmatic, and able to make decisions fast based on data.
- Curious, driven by experimentation and constant optimization.
- Comfortable working with lean teams, fast loops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
