Oh BiBi is a mobile game studio of 80 people based in Paris, dedicated to creating bold, innovative, and high-quality gaming experiences. We are the creators of FRAG Pro Shooter, a worldwide hit with hundreds of millions of players, and BEAST, which won the Pégase Award for Best Mobile Game in 2025 (the Pégases are France’s prestigious video game awards, recognizing excellence in game development).
We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support our Chief People Officer in both daily operations and strategic missions.
Your Future Team
The People team at Oh BiBi is on a mission: making sure every team member is supported, empowered, and happy. We play a pivotal role in shaping Oh BiBi’s culture and growth. Our work is structured around three pillars:
- Operate: Deliver all critical HR tasks with excellence (contracts, payroll, onboardings/offboardings, labor law compliance).
- Recruit: Source and recruit the best talents to join Oh BiBi’s mission.
- Elevate: Build an inspiring and caring work environment (from events to equipment and office life).
The team is composed of our Chief People Officer (your future manager) and our Office Manager, and collaborate daily with our CFO, who also acts as Chief of Staff.
Together, we operate with high standards to support Oh BiBi’s growth—currently just under 80 employees.
Your Role
This is a key hybrid role, combining hands-on HR execution with high-level problem-solving and project ownership. You will be the right hand of our Chief People Officer, helping scale the People function by delivering excellent operations while also co-piloting high-impact initiatives in hiring, process automation and employee experience.
Your scope will include:
Talent acquisition
- Own the sourcing of candidate
- Manage first interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Support employer branding and school partnerships
- Collaborate with hiring managers to continuously improve our recruitment practices
HR Reporting & Data Analysis
- Build dashboards and regular reports on key HR metrics (headcount, turnover, hiring funnel, compensation, absenteeism, etc.)
- Monitor HR KPIs and prepare insights for internal reporting
Operational HR
- Draft employment contracts, amendments, offboarding letters, and other official docs
- Follow up on probation periods,
- Answer employees' day-to-day HR requests
Process & tools
- Identify and implement automation opportunities in HR operations (via AI, no-code - tools, smart workflows)
- Contribute to process design and documentation (onboarding, performance reviews, compensation reviews)
- Continuously challenge the way we work to make HR faster, simpler and more efficient
Who You Are
Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a startup, scale-up or agency
- A first exposure to HR operations (labor law, payroll, HR tools…)
- Strong writing, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French
- A genuine interest in video games and creative industries
Bonus:
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Zapier, ChatGPT, Airtable, or other no-code/automation solutions
- Previous experience supporting a leadership role or operating as a “business partner”
- Studies or certification in Business/HR / Labor Law
Recruitment process
1. Initial screening (30–40 min)
With our Chief People Officer
→ A first conversation to get to know you, explore your motivation and background, and answer your questions about the role and the team.
2. Technical interview (60–75 min)
Also with the Chief People Officer
→ A practical deep-dive into the kind of topics you’d handle in the role:
3. Interview with the CFO / Chief of Staff
→ To discuss collaboration, cross-team topics (Finance / People), and company culture.
4. Final interview with the two co-founders
→ A broader discussion on your ambitions, values, and role at Oh BiBi.
