Stagiaire Community Manager

OBJECTIF DU STAGE
Tu rejoindras l’équipe marketing de Oh BiBi pour aider à animer, fédérer et faire grandir nos communautés de joueurs autour de nos jeux mobiles (FRAG Pro Shooter, BEAST: Bio Exo Arena Suit Team, etc.).
Ta mission : transformer nos fans en super-fans et faire rayonner l’univers Oh BiBi sur les réseaux ! 

TES MISSIONS

  • Créer et planifier du contenu engageant (posts, stories, memes, vidéos courtes, etc.)
  • Interagir avec notre communauté sur Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Discord, YouTube
  • Modérer les commentaires, messages et discussions
  • Participer à l’organisation de campagnes spéciales (concours, challenges, events in-game)
  • Faire de la veille sur les tendances réseaux sociaux, gaming et pop culture
  • Analyser les performances des contenus et proposer des idées d’amélioration

TES COMPÉTENCES & QUALITÉS

  • Excellente maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et de leurs codes (TikTok, Instagram, Discord en tête)
  • Créatif·ve, drôle, réactif·ve : tu sais capturer l’attention avec une bonne punchline
  • Passionné·e de jeux vidéo (bonus si tu as déjà joué à nos jeux)
  • Parfaitement à l’aise en anglais (écrit et oral)
  • À l’aise avec des outils de création comme Canva, CapCut, Photoshop (ou équivalents)

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Étudiant·e en Master communication / marketing digital, en fin d’études ou année de césure
  • Autonome, curieux·se, proactif·ve et force de proposition
  • Tu vibres pour les communautés en ligne, le monde du gaming et la culture web
  • Une première expérience en Community Management est un vrai plus
  • Et surtout… tu n’as pas peur de te montrer en vidéo pour faire vivre nos réseaux
