Data analyst
Job Description:
As a Data Analyst at OhBiBi, you will play a crucial role in supporting our game development and marketing teams by providing insightful analysis on player behavior, game performance, and user acquisition (UA) strategies. Your expertise will help us understand in-game dynamics better, improve player retention, and optimize our game features through iterative enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze player behavior to enhance user experience and loyalty.
- Support the development teams by interpreting data related to game performance and player interactions.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of AB tests to drive iterative improvements across our games.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for game and marketing teams to monitor UA and game metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with data scientists in data exploration tasks to identify relevant features.
- Play a pivotal role in UA management by producing up-to-date metrics and charts, and creating data ingestion jobs from partners (e.g., Facebook, Adjust).
Our Tech Stack:
- Data Lake: AWS S3, Data Warehouse: AWS Redshift
- Data transformations via DBT in SQL
- BI tool: Looker Studio
- Orchestration: Dagster for DBT and Python jobs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Degree from a business/engineering school or Master's degree.
- Excellent command of SQL.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Proactive and meticulous.
- Proficiency in DBT.
- Experience with Looker Studio.
- Previous experience in the video game industry.
